It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. As with many other computer related things we need to keep trying. I am not used to doing things a certain way which may work wonderfully for others and they can't understand my way.
It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???
Something went wrong, when I was filling once it stopped me suddenly. It saved the work, luckily. But I lost two minutes to restart my job, and this wasn't nice.

They make it so easy to fill out the forms, and have forms for ANYTHING you might need. Printing options are easy to use, and customer service is awesome.

I always enjoy how I can find any document I need and the site is uber easy to navigate and that is the plus, plus!
Have had very limited issues with this application, and when I did have a problem the chat service was expedient and very helpful and resolving the issue

this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
