I tried their product on trial and it worked well for the item I needed to edit but when I realized I would seldom use it in my line of work, I decided not to buy it at this time but forgot to cancel. I was billed this morning, panicked and emailed their support. They answered immediately and although they didn't have to, refunded me! Great customer support!

The intricacies of weaving through browser and google app to use this plugin are quite noteworthy. I consider it a great achievement that the plugin seems to work, even when it encounters strange circumstances. For all that this is a bit ungainly, there were some things I wished worked a little better, but overall quite good.
