Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

Easy and economical
I have used it to create and edit pdf documents for over 10 years now.
Its ease of use. I tried it after a web search when I needed to do some general edits and create some pdf files and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for Adobe. This program was just the ticket. It allows me to insert/extract pages, rotate, create from other programs, and do some minor edits. Fantastic and powerful... easy to configure and use.
Can't say that there was much I didn't like about the software at all. I continue using it even when I worked for a company that purchased Adobe because it was easier to use.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.
