The user interface takes some getting used to after using DocuSign for 8 years. However, the customer service is second to none and has made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped for! Top notch to say the least!

1.- It's Free. although there are some functions that are paid, for daily use just a free account which is very good.
2.- Pretty friendly and friendly interface. Everything is understandable and the use of the program is very easy to understand.
3.- Its use can be integrated with dropbox, googlr drive, box and onedrive.
3.- You can use files that are in your pc, your cloud or in some website (in this case you just have to enter the link).
4.- with the built-in editor you can add images, scratch, write in the text, delete sectors, hide words or paragraphs with black, add lines, and many other things.
5.- You can save your work in pdf, word, excel or powerpoint format. It also includes the option to send via mail, fax or simply share the link.
the bad thing, is that if or if you must register to use it, which perhaps is not something serious, but the program forces you to do so.

I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time…
I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time and it worked great. I was able to drag the document that was sent to me into the PDF filler and it opened all the fields so I could edit and resend.

Good overall experience
pdfFiller does have a robust feature set for all document needs and the user interface was pleasant to use and mostly intuitive.
I believe that a market for single users is far less likely since a normal user would not require most of the features that pdfFiller has to offer and they would probably not use the paid version.
I would give 5-stars but you have to sign up in order to download your PDFS/Docs, i would recommend that you allow at least 2 Docs to be edited and downloaded before requiring sign-up.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.
