I have been having trouble finding forms, and then getting the fill-in fields to work. While I like the end product I'm frustrated that it is not more user friendly.

Needed a pdf file filled in online, that in and of itself was not the issue. The issue was not being able to recreate the form in that most environments you would need to build the form from scratch. PDFfiller allowed me to upload the form and use their platform to publish it to the public. May I add how quick and easy it was. Saved a ton of time which I don't have.

The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have.
