PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.

It is very easy to use although there are somethings I don't understand what they are for. Other than that this is the easiest most convenient way to submit forms without the other party having to try to read your own writing.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
