Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? overall my experience with PDF filler has been great. I have been able to generate numerous forms and have been able to save and email them as needed.

YOU MAY DO A FINE SERVICE BUT WHEN FILING A GOVERNMENT FORM A CITIZEN SHOULD NOT BE SUBJECTED TO HAVING TO GIVE YOU A CREDIT CARD. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND RANSOMWARE?
