Best Friendly user software
It was great, very useful when it came to modify and add wordings to documents or even signatures.
I like the availability to modify and edit your documents, it's very easy to use and it has so many features to get your documents corrected, sent, faxed, emailed and more.
I didn't like when adding texts to your documents, sometimes it will freeze and close the program. Then again it was the free trial.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use

We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. Easy and Cost effective solution for our small company
