The forms are good but they would be much better if the user could "snap to" the proper location when typing into a box. Without a "snap to" type guide it is difficult to place the cursor in the correct location within a box and especially difficult to get columns to line up.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. We use PDF Filler with SignNow for documents for clients and employees.
All seems to work very well. I did 6 documents, each several times as the requirements changed.
I updated the company logos, just erase the old ones in the PDF and Word documents.
So far, I only worked on a Fillable Signable document for clients
I used erase, and then inserted better wording.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.
