It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

I love being able to fill out forms that I wouldn't be able to normally. My handwriting can be hard to read and this makes it clean and clear. The others parties like it too! :)

Easy and time saving
I use it to fill out government and medical forms for personal reasons. It could be used for any form you might need to complete.
It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.
I have had some issues finding forms I've completed.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers.
The ability to use the pdfFiller for our customers to submit forms that needed editing in the field.
The lack of options on the form editor to add buttons and boxes for surveys.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.
