Boris Shakhnovich

Boris is the CEO of airSlate, and in addition to being responsible for the daily operations and company growth, he is setting the mission and vision of the company.

Prior to working at airSlate, Boris earned his Ph.D in Bioinformatics and was subsequently a professor of Bioinformatics at Boston University. He later moved to Harvard University to work on Systems Biology.

Boris now uses his scientific background to develop interdisciplinary approaches for the advancement of airSlater’s core business. He is responsible for ensuring that airSlate has a vibrant community of users through business development, demand generation and customer analytics.

Vadim Yasinovsky

The Сo-founder of airSlate was a college dropout who started his first company “Clear Software” when he was 23 years old in 1983. Clear Software developed the solution allClear in the early nineties. Today, it is still actively used by thousands of users.

Vadim is also known as an inventor of spider technology that drives most of today’s search engines and as a serial entrepreneur who participated in a number of the earliest internet startups. In the little time he isn’t working, he’s playing with his children, swimming, sculpting and making fun of his friend and co-founder Borya.

Ken Galvin
VP of Worldwide Inside Sales

Ken Galvin serves as airSlate’s Vice President Worldwide Inside Sales. He leads our inside sales and sales development teams.

These teams collaborate to build awareness for the airSlate brand, generate qualified pipeline and best-in-class conversion. He has held several senior sales positions at high growth software and cloud companies.

Drew Zalkind

Drew has been passionate about building businesses ever since upselling candy bars at his first lemonade stand.

Today, he has over 30-years of experience working day-and-night to build great teams, introduce innovative products, and increase speed to market while arranging the financing needed to make it all happen.

Prior to joining airSlate as COO, he served as CFO to a number of software and high-tech companies including Liquid Machines (sold to Check Point Security), ProcessUnity, and Yottaa. In prior lives, Drew was an investment banker, venture investor, and strategy consultant, with a legacy of helping startups to Fortune 100 firms maximize their valuations.

Elena Grinev
VP of Customer Success

Elena is a technology service leader at airSlate. She specializes in creating scalable technology service organizations that can deliver— and sustain— high margin revenue streams along with high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

At Akamai, Elena achieved a 96% renewal rate on a $100M revenue base. At OILspace, she grew professional service revenues by 60% in two years, and most recently, at AppNexus, was involved in transforming a service organization into a team with a Gallup employee engagement score that delivered a CSAT of 9.5 out of 10.
