It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

You can use sticky notes to help you organise yourself, your studies, your office and your household. Sticky notes can be used for everything from leaving a note on the fridge to say you need milk, to labelling the mess of cables behind the TV or computer.
A Post-it Note (or sticky note) is a small piece of paper with a re-adherable strip of glue on its back, made for temporarily attaching notes to documents and other surfaces. A low-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive allows the notes to be easily attached, removed and even re-posted elsewhere without leaving residue.
Post-it® Notes are intended to be thrown away. They are small bits of paper we use temporarily to illustrate an idea and move on, which is why I believe they are the perfect tools for ideation.
Clean up your keyboard. ... Mark cables. ... Catch dust while drilling. ... Color-code your family. ... Make a flexible dinner plan. ... Use a note as a coaster. ... Remind kids to do chores. ... Hold little pieces in place.
It's true! No one set out to invent sticky notes. Instead, in 1968, Dr. Spencer Silver, a chemist at 3M Company, invented a unique, low-tack adhesive that would stick to things but also could be repositioned multiple times. He was trying to invent a super-strong adhesive, but he came up with a super-weak one instead.
Definition of sticky note. : a slip of notepaper having an adhesive strip on the back that allows attachment to and removal from a surface.
Double-click the program's icon in your system tray, and it creates a note for you. Type in what you want to remember, and you're done. You can drag the note to any spot on your desktop. Easy as it is to use, Simple Sticky Notes has plenty of options.
