I sent a document, but it hasn't arrived. Where is it?

If an email you sent was not delivered, ask your recipient(s) to check their junk or spam folder. You should also check your inbox and spam/junk folder to ensure the message did not bounce back to you. If you have confirmed that the message was not marked as spam or junk and did not bounce, try sending the document again. If a document sent via SMS has not been received, check your sent folder to ensure that the mobile phone number has been entered properly. Also please note there can be delays in SMS delivery for various reasons. If the SMS has not been received after 10 minutes, try sending it again. If a document sent via internal email was not delivered, make sure that you sent it from your email account, not via the pdfFiller Email feature.
