Adapt Tentative Field Invoice: edit PDFs from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most common document format for numerous reasons. They are accessible from any device, so you can share files between devices with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it will appear same for all of them.

Data security is one of the primary reasons why do users choose PDF files to share and store information. That’s why it’s essential to get a secure editing tool, especially when working online. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents in order to track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and send PDFs directly from your browser tab. This website integrates with major CRM programs to edit and sign documents from Google Docs and Office 365. Once you finish editing a document, you can send it to recipients to fill out, and you'll get a notification when they're finished.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a page order. Add and edit visual content. Ask other people to complete the fields and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document with the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content or add a new one.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

Two main issues I have with PDF: 1) not being able to change the names on the forms, 2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

Easy way to fill out. Don't have to print and scan. Very clean. I liked the signature filler. Just uploaded and place wherever there's a signature and shows up with PDFfiller date stamp
