Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

How to Use the Add Design in OMM Feature

The Add Design in OMM feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add custom designs to your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the pdfFiller website and log in to your account.

Upload the document you want to add a design to.

Click on the 'Add Design in OMM' button in the toolbar.

A new window will open, showing the available design options.

Browse through the designs or use the search bar to find a specific design.

Click on the design you want to use.

The design will be added to your document.

You can resize, move, or delete the design as needed.

To customize the design further, click on it and use the options in the toolbar.

What do you like best?
I have tried many signing apps and software and this one is by far the best in terms of ease, flexibility and speedy workflow.
What do you dislike?
Maybe it is just something I am not figuring out...but the orange box prompts on some documents get more in the way sometimes than help.
