To Add Number Field PDF in Box and import documents to your account, click Add New on the MY DOCS page. Choose Box. You can upload a PDF, DOC, PPT, TEXT, or JPEG file.

If you’re not signed in, click Connect to Box

Select the documents you want to upload to pdfFiller and click Upload Selected.

On your Android device, open the Google Drive app. Tap the PDF you want to fill out. At the bottom, tap Fill out form. Enter your information in the PDF form. At the top right, tap Save.
Google Drive can automatically transform any PDF into a Google Doc, allowing you to edit the text as you will. Even text in images will transfer over to this document, thanks to Drive's built in OCR capability.
Fill in flat forms in a browser Save the form on your computer, and then open it directly in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. For instructions, see Fill out your PDF form. Save form, open in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, and then choose Tools > Fill & Sign.
Navigate to docs.google.com and click the folder icon in the top right corner. Click Upload. Click "Select a file from your computer." Click the v next to Open with. Click Allow. Click Sign. Select Create Signature. Draw your signature and click Save as Default.

Create or open a Google Doc. Click the plus icon for Google Docs or for Google Drive and confirm the installation. Once the add-on has loaded successfully, you will see a new menu option on the Add-ons drop down in Google Docs called DocuSign eSignature. Click on that and choose Sign with DocuSign.
