Make Comments on PDF Click on the “Markup” button, located on the left side column. This will open more options on the toolbar. Choose your desired tool and location where you want to insert a comment in PDF. Options include Text comment, sticky note, text box, or text callout.
View comments Choose Tools > Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane. Using the Options menu at the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
Click anywhere in the document. Right-click and select Lock/Unlock. All existing comments in the document will be locked and cannot be moved or edited in any way. Right-clicking any of these comment images or text will display a tick beside Lock/Unlock in the right-click menu.
Set the commenting size via Preferences > Commenting > Font Size (top right of dialog box). You are not limited to the drop-down menu—type in any size up to 144 pts. Hi Charis_Dancer: Set the commenting size via Preferences > Commenting > Font Size (top right of dialog box).
To edit a comment, do the following: Select the comment. The comments pane is displayed in the right. From the options () menu, click Edit. To edit the Add Text annotation, select the text comment, and type to make your changes.
Create a custom stamp Open the Stamps Palette by: Choose Tools > Stamp > Stamps Palette. Click Import, and select the file. If the file has more than one page, scroll to the page you want, and then click OK. Choose a category from the menu or type a new category name, name the custom stamp, and then click OK.
