How do I change my email signature in Outlook 365?
From the File tab, click Options.
In the Mail section, click the Signatures
In the Edit signature field, create your signature.
The first signature you create will be called default. To rename, click the Rename button and type a new name for the signature.
How do I put a signature on my email?
Select New Email.
Select Signature > Signatures.
Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK.
Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like.
Select OK and close the email.
Select New Email to see the signature you created.
Can you have 2 signatures in Outlook?
