Adjust Spreadsheet Warranty: easy document editing

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a well-known document format for a variety of reasons. It's accessible on any device, so you can share them between desktops and phones with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any confidential data with them from person to person. That’s why it’s important to get a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Using online solutions to keep documents, one can possibly track a view history to find out who had access to the file before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share your PDF using just one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing its appearance and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Use the completed document yourself or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and fills out the form.

Use editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Collaborate with people to complete the fields. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a page order.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add them for text, signatures, images and more.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

Very Quick, saves me a lot of time. I regularly get pdf's that need to be completed and sent back. Now I can upload, fill out and return in a fraction of the time. Since the data is typed, I never get a question about what I wrote.

Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

This will leave a liability of $600 for additional repairs during the remainder of the warranty period.
The costs associated with a manufacturer's product warranty are part of its selling expenses and therefore part of its SGA expenses. If the future costs of the warranty coverage are probable and can be estimated, they are recorded at the time of the sale.
Thus, the income statement is impacted by the full amount of warranty expense when a sale is recorded, even if there are no warranty claims in that period. As claims appear in later accounting periods, the only subsequent impact is on the balance sheet, as the warranty liability and inventory accounts are both reduced.
Selling expenses are the costs associated with distributing, marketing and selling a product or service. ... Marketing costs such as advertising, website maintenance and spending on social media. Selling costs such as wages, commissions and out-of-pocket expenses.

Definition: A warranty is a seller's obligation to fix or replace a product that breaks or stop working properly in an agreed amount of time.
