Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the Adopt Digi-sign Template Feature

The Adopt Digi-sign Template feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add your digital signature to a document template. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for free.

Upload the document template you want to use. You can either upload it from your computer or import it from cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Once the document template is uploaded, click on the 'Digi-sign' button in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear with options for adding your digital signature. Choose the 'Adopt Digi-sign Template' option.

Select the digital signature you want to use from your saved signatures or create a new one.

Drag and drop the digital signature onto the document template where you want it to appear.

Resize and position the digital signature as needed.

Click on the 'Apply' button to save the changes and adopt the digi-sign template.

You can now download the document with your adopted digi-sign template or share it with others.

If you need to make any changes to the adopted digi-sign template, you can easily edit or remove it using the 'Digi-sign' button in the toolbar.
