Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

It is great it previews the bottom of the page. But, when I print it out it doesn't print out what it had showed at the bottom of my page in the preview before I printed it out.

How do I approve a PDF?

Open the PDF attachment in the approval invitation email message. Note: Select a stamp from the Stamps palette (Tools > Stamp > Stamps palette).
