Before you start using ‘Affix Email Field’, make sure you download the ‘Affix Email Field’ file and open it on a computer that is connected to your network. When you want to run ‘Affix Email Field’ for the first time, you can either use the ‘installer’ or simply copy the ‘affix’.exe file to the appropriate location. Please note:
‘Affix Email Field’ will run in full screen mode only, while it is running, it may cause it to freeze when the screen is locked. ’Affix Email Field’ will display the screen to the Windows user, while it is running, the user will not be able to open documents or open certain applications. ’Affix Email Field’ cannot be moved from drive to drive. ’Affix Email Field’ cannot be moved from drive to drive.

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

How do I forward an email as an attachment?
To forward a message as an attachment, select the email and then in the Response group, click More and then click Forward as Attachment. There's also a keyboard shortcut you can use instead. Just select the message you want to forward and press Ctrl+Alt+F.

On your computer, go to Gmail.
Select the emails that you want.
Click More. Forward as attachment.
