I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

Also, the credit reporting agencies will keep that judgment on your credit report. Whether it is a default judgment, a judgment after a trial, or a consent judgment they are all reported as judgments.
Unlike a default judgment, a consent judgment is something that a defendant agrees to, rather than something the court issues against the defendant. It differs from judgments handed down by a judge or rendered by a jury. A consent judgment is often used when someone has been sued for a debt but is unable to pay.
A consent decree is an order by a judge that is based on an agreement signed by the two parties. It's a way to come to an agreement that has the force of legal approval instead of having a lengthy and costly trial. The parties also don't have to deal with the uncertainty of the outcome of a trial.
The Consent Decree will last a minimum of five years during which the Department must demonstrate substantial compliance with the Decree's provisions.
A consent decree is an agreement or settlement that resolves a dispute between two parties without admission of guilt (in a criminal case) or liability (in a civil case), and most often refers to such a type of settlement in the United States.
