Upload an image: Select the PNG, JPG or JPEG image from your device that you want to resize. Type your new width and height: After uploading the image, type width and height (in pixels) that you want. Click submit button: After entering width and height, click the submit button.
Open the folder that holds the picture you want to resize. Right-click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to edit. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Resize Pictures from the menu. Select the size that you want the photo to be (small, medium, large or handheld PC) and click OK.

Launch Image Size from your Home screen. Tap the Image Icon in the upper right corner. Tap the image you would like to resize. Tap Choose in the lower right corner. Select your image resize option at the top of the page.
Open the image in Paint. Select the entire image using the Select button in the Home tab and choose Select All. Open the Resize and Skew window by navigating to the Home tab and selecting the Resize button. Use the Resize fields to change the size of the image either by percentage or by pixels.
