On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app. Tap Menu Payment methods. More payment settings. If asked, sign in to pay.google.com. Under the payment method you want to edit, tap Edit. Make your updates. Tap Update.

If you can't edit your payment information Try updating to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS or macOS. If you have subscriptions, have an unpaid balance, or share purchases with your Family Sharing group, you can't remove all payment information. Get help if you want to use no payment method with your Apple ID.
One of the reasons your payment method may have been declined by iTunes or the App Store is because you don't have enough balance to cover the purchase. This can happen if there are unexpected or unauthorized purchases on your account.
Open the Settings app. Tap on Safari. Tap AutoFill. Select Saved Credit Cards. To add a card, you can tap Use Camera to scan the card's information, or you can enter the data manually. When finished, tap Done in the upper-right corner of the screen.
From the Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type. You can see the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you want to remove the payment method, select None in the Payment Type section. See what to do if None isn't showing, or you can't select it.
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in. Tap Payment Information. Change or remove your information. To remove your payment method, select None. Tap Done.
To select the 'None' payment option, open the Settings app and tap your Apple ID at the top. Select Payment & Shipping. On the Payment & Shipping screen, tap 'Payment Method'. On the Payment Method screen, scroll all the way down, and select the 'Switch to None' option.
