Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Many silver alloys can be heat hardened. Process to heat harden, anneal for 30 minutes at 1200 °FF (760°C) for assembled pieces and 1370°F (743°C) for non-assembled pieces followed by rapid water quenching. To harden, heat to 650°F (343°C) for 30 minutes, quench or air cool.

In the case of ferrous metals, such as steel, annealing is performed by heating the material (generally until glowing) for a while and then slowly letting it cool to room temperature in still air. Copper, silver and brass can be either cooled slowly in air, or quickly by quenching in water.
Place the steel in a heat treat oven or forge and slowly raise the temperature of the steel to its particular austenite region. Hold the steel at the austenite temperature for at least 30 minutes. Lower the temperature of the steel slowly. Cool the steel to room temperature and machine as needed.
This simple act, if heated to an exact temperature range, can create a more pure, hard metal. It's often used to create steel that is stronger than annealing the metal, but also creates a less ductile product. So, heat can indeed make metal weaker. However, there are many processes where metal is strengthened by heat.
What's the difference between annealing and tempering? Annealing involves heating steel to a specified temperature and then cooling at a very slow and controlled rate, whereas tempering involves heating the metal to a precise temperature below the critical point, and is often done in air, vacuum or inert atmospheres.
Annealing and Normalizing are the primary processes which comes under the category of HEAT TREATMENT of steels. Tempering is a secondary treatment which is done after the primary processes of HEAT TREATMENT. Quenching is the cooling of the material from the higher temperature of the room temperature.
Normalizing Heat Treatment. Normalizing heat treatment is a heat treating process used to provide uniformity in grain size and microstructure in some steel grades. Normalizing is the process of heating a material to a temperature above a critical limit and then cooling in open air.
Annealing is the process of heating a metal in a furnace above its recrystallization temperature and allows it to cool inside the furnace. Annealing improves ductility, strength and good elongation properties. Tempering. Tempering is the heat treatment process which is done usually after quenching.
Tempering is usually performed after hardening, to reduce some excess hardness, and is done by heating the metal to some temperature below the critical point for a certain period of time, then allowing it to cool in still air.
Stainless Steel is usually sold in the annealed condition. It means that the material is in the soft or annealed condition. This cold work can be eliminated by heat treatment (annealing) that will restore the original soft condition. Annealing increases ductility and eliminates internal stresses.
Tempering, in metallurgy, process of improving the characteristics of a metal, especially steel, by heating it to a high temperature, though below the melting point, then cooling it, usually in air. The process has the effect of toughening by lessening brittleness and reducing internal stresses.
A treatment in which a part is subjected to two complete hardening operations, or first an annealing process followed by a hardening process. Tempering. Tempering is a low temperature heat treatment process normally performed after a hardening process in order to reach a desired hardness/toughness ratio.
Annealing is a heat treatment process which alters the microstructure of a material to change its mechanical or electrical properties. Typically, in steels, annealing is used to reduce hardness, increase ductility and help eliminate internal stresses.
