I love this tool I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

Complete Annotation Begin by stating the relevant main ideas you discussed in the interview. Leave out ideas that do not relate specifically to your paper. Refer to the list of words and phrases you compiled and offer an analysis of both the content of the interview and the person you interviewed.
Instead, a personal interview should be referenced as a parenthetical citation. For example: (J. Smith, personal communication, May 17, 2008). If you would like to include a personal interview as part of your APA reference list, then include the interviewee, the date of the interview, and the type of interview.
Explain the Interview. The APA format for interviews expects you to explain the clear purpose of your interview. Introduce Your Source. Present the Question. Include Exact Quote. Properly Cite Your Source.

Writing Annotations. An annotation is a brief note following each citation listed on an annotated bibliography. The goal is to briefly summarize the source and/or explain why it is important for a topic. They are typically a single concise paragraph, but might be longer if you are summarizing and evaluating.
