PDFiller I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out. Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT And it's fine to send transcripts even before you submit an application! However, before your transcript is actually sent, check it thoroughly to be certain that everything is as it should be: classes, grades, and credits, service hours if they're recorded, and SAT/ACT scores.
Do not send transcripts at the time of application. After you submit your application, be prepared to send these copies to the admissions' office at each campus to which you have applied, only upon their request. Official transcripts will be required at the campus you elect to attend.
Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself. If they do, do not open this envelope, as it will make the transcript no longer official.
