A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

On the World Wide Web, a query string is the part of a uniform resource locator (URL) which assigns values to specified parameters. The query string commonly includes fields added to a base URL by a Web browser or other client application, for example as part of an HTML form.
3 Answers. A question mark URL encodes as %3F. But you should use a proper encoder for the whole thing rather than manually encoding a character. According to my experience of trying to make a JavaScript search engine that links to Google, just replace the question marks with %3F.
You can enter the keyword in your address bar to quickly use the search engine. The URL with is in place of query field should include the web address for the search engine's results page, and use is where the query would go. To find and edit the web address of the results page: Go to the search engine you want to add.
