First time I've ever used it. It was simple enough for me. I love it! I was stuck filling out my w-2's & w-3's. I had purchased what I needed & was looking for a great program to film them out online & print. And PDF made it possible. Thanks

PDF filer Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose. Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document. There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

Samantha McLaren. May 20, 2019, Because there are more than two genders. Gender is a spectrum, not a binary. It's important to recognize this distinction because binary thinking around gender can exclude a large and overlooked part of the workforce.

When asking about sex as a category, words like male, female and intersex should be used. Gender identity refers to the internal/psychological sense of self, regardless of what sex a person was assigned at birth. When asking about gender as a category, words like woman, man, and trans* should be used.
'Gender' refers to your sense of who you are as a guy, girl or something else, as opposed to what your physical characteristics, genes and hormones indicate. Identifying your gender can be more diverse than simply seeing yourself as 'male' or 'female', and people express their gender in different ways.
Notice any cues in how they present themselves. Name, hairstyle, clothing, and body language are always people express gender. For instance, if someone has a masculine name, wears masculine clothing, and moves in a masculine manner, they are more likely to use masculine pronouns.

If you're unsure which pronoun a person uses, listen first to the pronoun other people use when referring to them. Someone who knows the person well will probably use the correct pronoun. If you must ask which pronoun the person uses, start with your own. For example, “Hi, I'm Alex and I use the pronouns he and him.
If you aren't sure of someone's name or pronouns, but you have already asked or met the person, it is okay to ask for them again or later. For the classroom, club/organization, or any other group that meets regularly, there are several ways to make space for pronouns.
