Assemble Conditional Field Transcript: easy document editing

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common file format used for business records because you can access them from any device. PDF documents will always appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on an Apple computer, a Microsoft one or use a phone.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data from person to person. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDFs directly from your browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing it and create some fillable fields to make it a singable document. Work with the completed document for personal needs or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and fills out the form.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign. Change a page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with people to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Add input fields if you need any; pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When you finish editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.

A conditional field is a field that is hidden from the respondent's view by default. Once triggered by a multiple choice option, it is visible on the form.
Select the cells you want to apply conditional formatting to. Click the first cell in the range, and then drag to the last cell. Click HOME > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Text that Contains. ... Select the color format for the text, and click OK.
Click Home > Conditional Formatting > Clear Rules > Clear Rules from Selected Cells. ... Click Home > Conditional Formatting > Clear Rules > Clear Rules from Entire Sheet, and the entire worksheet conditional formatting will be removed.
Conditional Formatting (CF) is a tool that allows you to apply formats to a cell or range of cells, and have that formatting change depending on the value of the cell or the value of a formula. For example, you can have a cell appear bold only when the value of the cell is greater than 100.
Merge Formatting keeps the format of what you copied but does not make any changes in the source document. Keep Text Only inserts the new material and applies the formatting of the surrounding stuff, and never makes any changes in the destination formatting.
”Merge formatting” means that only formatting data will be pasted and not the actual text. For example, let's say you have text that says, “Word1” and another that says “Word2.”
