This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Access the pad refill holes on top-mounted pad models by pulling the top cover of the stamp straight up and off. Drop two to three drops of ink into each of the pad's two refill holes. Push the pad into the stamp, or replace the top cover.
Pre-baked Stamps. Remove the cap from the ink refill bottle. Hold the stamper upside down so that the impression is facing up. Dispense three to four drops of ink on the surface of the impression and allow the sponge to absorb the ink.
Press the stamp down slightly with the side buttons depressed. Press the button on the wide side of the stamp to eject the ink well. Carefully pull the ink well out of the stamp. Insert the refill ink into the ink well slowly until the pad is saturated.
Apply eight to 12 drops of ink to the felt side of the ink pad, and put it back in its slot. Make sure the felt side of the ink pad faces the bottom of the signature stamp. Place the signature stamp on a piece of paper and press down lightly again until the locking buttons click back into place.
Remove the Impression Frame TM and use an ink cartridge to put 2-3 drops of ink into the inking hole. Put 2-3 drops into the frame as well. Simply put a few drops of ink in the Updater base and a few in the travel cap. Simply put a few drops of the corresponding color ink into the stamp base.
Place the stamp upside down in the refill ink holder, which is specially designed for this purpose. Drip three or four drops onto the raised text of the stamp pad. Leave the stamp upside down in the refill stamp holder overnight. Blot the stamp with a tissue before used to remove excess ink.
Push stamp down slightly and push buttons on side to lock into position. Pull out ink pad. Put 10 – 20 drops of Trod at / Ideal Ink on the inked side of the pad. Once the ink has absorbed into the pad, push the pad back in.
Remove the holder from the stamp. Use the ink bottle to add five drops of ink to each refill hole in the stamp. Be extremely careful when adding ink. Put the holder back on the stamp. Immediately after refilling the ink, keep the stamp facing down until the ink begins to flow from the stamp.
