This application saves me significant amounts of valuable time in the clinic The most desirable feature of this application is the time that it saves on recurrent clinical and axillary paperwork for my clients The most tedious aspect is searching for past documents which dont seem to search by just part of the title

Notarizing a photograph request. A notary cannot simply place a date, seal, and signature over a photograph or on the back of it. Clients usually ask notaries to notarize photographs because they want to record that the picture was in existence on the date of the notary's signature and seal.
Bring to the notary your original document, a photo copy of it and a valid ID, such as your driver license or passport. Then follow one of the options stated below: Option 1: The notary should certify copy of a document by writing 'TRUE COPY' and putting his/her signature, seal and stamp preferably on the copy itself.
A photocopy or fax may be notarized, but only if it bears an original signature. That is, the copy must have been signed with pen and ink. A photocopied or faxed signature may never be notarized. ... When carbon copies are made, the Notary will sometimes be asked to conform rather than to notarize the copies.
New York notaries, and most notaries in the US, have no authority to certify a copy of a document, where we compare a copy of a document with its original and notarize it or write a statement where we certify it is a true copy. NY notaries cannot notarize the copy itself either.
Notaries in California do not certify documents, but people can certify their own documents. ... Instead, the one who is in possession of the original document may certify that the copy is a true and correct copy by signing an affidavit (statement of fact) that the copy is a true and correct copy.
There are a couple of layers to this question. You CAN fax an unsigned document to your recipient and have him sign the document in front of a notary. The notary can then notarize the document and that will be legally binding. ... A document can only be notarized if it has an original signature.
Scanned documents and copies can be legal, I can't vouch for the contents, obviously, but for most purposes, scans and emails are legal. It is rather bizarre to notarize an invoice though, so you might need to explain that very strange request to give us some context.
Please note that in most cases, a notarized copy of a birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc., cannot be used, and a certified copy must be used for them. ... The notary will write or stamp TRUE COPY on the document and put their signature and the stamp on the photocopy.
How to Get a Notarized Document. To get a document notarized, visit a notary public, prove your identity, and sign the document. Official identification: The notary will ask for identification to verify that you really are who you say you are.
You can notarize something physically or online. In the past, to notarize something, you had to sign it physically in the presence of a notary public. ... You can now notarize your documents entirely online by connecting with a commissioned notary public by live video.
