What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

A must have for your business Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that this software is so convenient and easy to use. Its a must have for completing and signing documents for your business electronically in a quick and efficient manner. The mobile app for this software is not that easy to use as the online (desktop) version.

Read on to learn the various types of background checks for employment, what they may show, and why they matter.
A candidate's criminal history may reveal prior criminal activity, which could raise a red flag if not previously reported or explained. If a potential employee omits this information, is hired and later on becomes involved in criminal activity on the job, the company is liable.
The information that shows up on a criminal background check can include felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions, and any pending criminal cases. A criminal background check report includes the name of the crime, disposition (conviction, non-conviction, or pending), and disposition date.
What is included in a Live Scan report? A Live Scan reports all or part of your Summary Criminal History Record, and can also include your Federal Record. The Summary Criminal History Record is the criminal record kept by the California Department of Justice.
With your consent, your future employer can contact past employers. A CRA will contact the employers listed on your resume or application to verify the dates you worked and the positions you held. They may also contact references you have provided to ascertain performance and character.

Free background checks do not cover any criminal records. Any Free Background Check Company would also need to require from you, as the consumer of the background check, to remain compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Use a Consumer Reporting Agency to do a background check. Most court information is public record. Equifax and other sites offer one free credit report per year.

Use a Reputable Background Check Company That's why most employers hire a reliable background check company. If you want to see what your employer sees, use a screening company and review their results. Although it's legal to run a background check on yourself, not all businesses offer this service.
Banks will use criminal history checks to look for convictions that apply to Section 19. Bank background checks will typically go beyond criminal history. Verification checks are common to make sure that candidates are being honest on their resumes about education, professional credentials, and past employment.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) allows felony arrests to be reported on background checks for seven years after release from prison. Felony convictions can be reported as far back as the employer chooses to go. These records would not appear on a background check after seven years.
