What do you like best?
This is available everywhere where you go. You do not have to take your computer or have a software installed on your laptop. You can access it from anywhere else. In addition, it is very user friendly to navigate through the platform to accomplish what you would like to do.

You'll probably fill out a W-4 when you start a job, but you can change your W-4 any time. See if you're exempt from withholding. Being exempt means your employer won't withhold federal income tax from your pay. Be strategic. Get comfortable fiddling with your withholdings. File a new W-4 form when life changes.
If you put “0" then more will be withheld from your pay for taxes than if you put “1"--so that is correct. The more "allowances” you claim on your W-4 the more you get in your take-home pay. Just do not have so little withheld that you owe at tax time.
Employees fill out Form W-4 when they start a new job. On the form, employees enter their contact information and Social Security number, report their filing status, and claim dependents. Employers use Form W-4 to determine how much to withhold from an employee's gross wages for federal income tax.
Claiming 2 Allowances If you're single and have one job, claiming two allowances is also an option.
Practically speaking, claiming 0 withholding allowances on a W-4 means that your employer will withhold the maximum amount of income taxes from your paycheck. Do not get that statement confused with 'you will pay more taxes'.
