FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

Writing Your Construction Contract. Write the title and a little preamble. Your title should describe the purpose of the contract. The preamble should simply state basics like: the date the agreement was entered into, the parties' names, the project, the work site location, and work commencement and end dates.
Launch Word. If Word is already open, click the File tab and select New. Type contract in the Search For Online Templates field. Scroll through the results to find a template that suits your needs or click on any of the categories in the left menu to filter your search results.

Check Contract Basics. The basic job of a contractor agreement is to spell out the scope of the project's work. Set a Payment Schedule. Schedule Start and End Dates. Specify Change Orders. Research Your Arbitration Options. Turn Down the Contractor's Warranty.
Hire an attorney. Small claims court. Contact the state's licensing board. Contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Consumer reporters. Withhold further payment. Social media.

Three days can turn into three years or more if the contractor does not use the right forms or give the right warnings in their forms. If you cancel your contract, the contractor has to refund all money you paid within ten business days, and remove all liens that were filed.
Go to Small Claims Court. Small claims court is a legal venue for homeowners who feel they are owed money back from a contractor. Hire an Attorney. File a Complaint with the State. Pursue a Bond Claim. Post Reviews.

First, you can sue your contractor for breach of contract, even without a written contract, and she can sue you as well. See Solo's article, "Breach of Contract Cases in Small Claims Court,” for more on this. However, an alleged oral contract does create difficult evidentiary questions for the judge.
Contractor May Sue If you don't pay a contractor, there's a good chance he'll sue you in court for the money that you owe. Even if a written contract doesn't exist, the contractor can still testify that a verbal agreement was made and demand that you pay the money agreed upon.
If the job is incomplete and a solution cannot be found, you could stop paying the contractor, fire your contractor and/or hire another contractor to complete the job (remember to keep a paper trail of work completed and costs).
Breach. You must show that the party you plan to sue failed to meet his or her contractual obligations (“breach of contract" in legalese). This is usually the heart of the case -- you'll need to prove that the contractor failed to do agreed-on work or did work of unacceptably poor quality. Damages.
