It was very helpful to have forms at my fingertips that required little effort to complete. It also provided some forms that I did not have but a customer required. Very helpful!

I am in need of something that doesn't break the bank, is clean, and I can use. I am NOT tech savvy and in real estate. This is a necessity for my everyday work life.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When you use email, the CC section is found in the address header. But even in emails, official business letters will often include the CC section at the bottom of the body of the letter. The CC section in written letters appears after the signature.
According to strict rules, that first capital C is incorrect. However, with its presence everywhere, Cc may soon become the standard.
The 'CC' notation usually includes names of people to whom you distribute copies, sometimes you could include their addresses as well. 'CC' is typed at the end of the letter after enclosure notations or identification initials.
Cc. Stands for “Carbon Copy." The term comes from carbon copying, in which a piece of carbon paper copies writing from one paper to another (often used when filling out forms). However, the term is now commonly used in reference to e-mail.
The Cc: field is generally used to keep people in the loop (FYI) with no expectation of a reply being required. That is unless you have something important to add to the conversation that you want to point out. In that case, reply to the Sender only and do not hit Reply to All.
A copy notation is a type of end notation to a formal letter. It is a reminder that other people, besides the addressed recipient, have an interest in the letter. In the past, a person with an interest in formal communication via letters received copies of the written document in the form of carbon copies.
Today, the letter c is used to indicate copy. Place the copy notation a double space below the typed name or below the reference initials if they are used in the letter. An enclosure notation is used to indicate that something other than the letter has also been placed in the envelope.
business letters: carbon copy notation. Although carbon is no longer used for copies, the convenient initials c.c. : (or cc :) followed by a colon and the names of the recipients of copies of the letter is still the preferred copy notation. An alternative is Copy to:.

CC at the end of a letter means, literally “Carbon Copy". It has come to mean copy furnished. In the following example, the letter is being copied to three people. It is used anytime you require a copy to go to someone other than the original person.
BCC stands for blind carbon copy. Unlike with CC, no one but the sender can see the list of BCC recipients. However, the BCC list is secret no one can see this list except the sender. If a person is on the BCC list, they'll see only their own email on the BCC list.
As you know, recipients can't tell who you included in the BCC field, or even if you used the BCC field at all. To see who you BCC'd in a previous email, just open the Scent mail folder and open the message. You'll see the BCC field preserved for future reference.
The BCC recipient can only choose to reply to you. They have no other option. The To and CC recipients can still choose reply to all. They cannot reply to the BCC recipient — they don't know he/she got the email.
Figure out whom you BCC'd. As you know, recipients can't tell who you included in the BCC field, or even if you used the BCC field at all. But that doesn't mean you can't. To see who you BCC'd in a previous email, just open the Scent mail folder and open the message.
In a new message, go to the Options tab. In a reply or forwarded message, go to the Message tab. In the Show Fields group, select BCC. In the Bcc field, enter the recipients whose addresses you want to hide from other recipients.
