A nice format that allows a professional presentation but the data input is still tedious and could be streamlined. All things considered, I'm satisfied with the product.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

Finding and Saving the MARC Record Go to http://www.loc.gov/index.html Click Library Catalogs at the top. Click BASIC SEARCH. Search for the record you need. Click on the title that matches the item you have.
Reading a library catalog record Your library catalog is a database. The information about a particular item in a database is called a record. Every item for example, a book, website or DVD in your library collection has an associated record, known as a catalog or bibliographic record.
Libraries in the United States generally use either the Library of Congress Classification System (LC) or the Dewey Decimal Classification System to organize their books. Most academic libraries use LC, and most public libraries and K-12 school libraries use Dewey.
As a general rule for vinyl record albums, the catalog number will either be found on the spine of the album or on the back cover. The catalog number is often found in more than one place, both on the outside of the album and on the disc itself.
Catalog numbers typically are printed on the spine of a CD or DVD and on the back of record sleeves, but you sometimes you'll find them in other places on the artwork They might also be found on the CD and the info label on the record or inscribed on the disk itself.
Look on the spine of the LP record sleeve. First pressings will usually have a four letter/four number combination, such as ABCD-1234. And anything after a second or third pressing will have a two letter/five number combination, such as AB-12345. Go to Discogs.com or Recordgeek.com to verify your first pressing.
