What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Decide Which Filing System Will Work for You. Choose a File Naming System Be Consistent. Separate Personal and Corporate Files. Organize Files into a Hierarchy of Folders. Get Rid of the Cluttered No Unnecessary Files.
Sort Files and Folders In the desktop, click or tap the File Explorer button on the taskbar. Open the folder that contains the files you want to group. Click or tap the Sort by button on the View tab. Select a sort by option on the menu.
Create Separate Master Folders. I like to start with a project folder that has all of my notes, resources, and production files. Keep All the Files Together. This next approach is one that probably works best for most people. Create a Generic Folder Structure.
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
Open File Explorer. Navigate to the file you want to tag and right-click it. In the menu that appears, select Properties. In the Properties window, select the Details tab. On the Details tab, double-click the Tags line to add one or more tags, separating each one with a semicolon.
In the desktop, click or tap the File Explorer button on the taskbar. Click or tap the file you want to add or modify properties. In the Details pane, click or tap the tag you want to change, and then type the new tag. To add more than one tag, separate each entry with a semicolon.
Open File Explorer and select the file you want to tag. On the View tab, click Details in the Panes group to open the Details pane. Enter the appropriate Tags (Figure F). Click Save.
