After you get a couple of form entries, go to the spreadsheet of responses. Use the Edit menu in the Script editor to choose Current project's triggers. This will launch the script hub for Google. You will check 2 things on the trigger creator.
Sort data in alphabetical or numerical order If your sheet includes a header row, freeze the first row. Sort range. If your columns have titles, click Data has header row. Select the column you'd like to be sorted first and choose a sorting order.
Now, search for Form Limiter, click on the Plus button, and give the necessary permission. To limit responses, create your form, click on the Add-ons button and select fromLimiter. Next, pick the limit type. If you want to stop accepting responses after a certain time, the date and time is the option to go with.
Edit the form. Click the Settings bar. Turn on the “Allow only one response per user” option.
Add a Password. Open the Spreadsheet, go to Add-ons > File Upload Forms > Settings and specify a Form Password. Add a CAPTCHA. Restrict Form Access.
