Certify Footnote Letter: easy document editing

The right PDF editor is important to improve your document management.

Even if you hadn't used PDF file type for your documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's easy to convert any format into PDF. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best choice if you want to control the layout of your content.

Though there are many PDFs editing solutions available, it’s difficult to find one that covers the range of the features available on the market, at a reasonable price.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert into many other file formats; add your digital signature and fill out, or send to other users. All you need is just a web browser. You don’t need to download any programs. It’s a complete solution available from any device with an internet connection.

Use one of the methods below to upload your document and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your file.
05
Find the form you need from the template library using the search.

Once a document is uploaded, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a form’s page order. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask other users to complete the document. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

Am new to PDFfiller so here are some initial comments: 1. an "undo" button would be nice 2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

Even then, the guide recommends that footnotes only be used to provide content notes (such as providing brief, supplemental information about the text or directing readers to additional information) and to denote copyright permissions.
