Basically a good PDF editor, the one failing is that formatting is not preserved during cut and paste. Could not get the correct formatting with the tools in PDFfiller.

The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

School Transcripts These documents must be properly certified by an authorized school official, such as a principal, registrar, superintendent, etc., and then notarized before you can send them to the Secretary of State's Office for an apostle or authentication.
Notarization: The diploma should be notarized by the school registrar. If a notarized transcript is also required, you must request that your transcript be included. Travel or mail your notarized documents to the Secretary of State's office to request the Apostle.
An apostle is issued by your Secretary of State's office or Notary commissioning agency. The single apostle is the only certification needed. Once prepared and verified, the apostle is attached to and sent along with the notarized documents. Notaries cannot issue apostles themselves.
Many legal processes require a notarized copy of your passport, green card, and similar documents. In each case, make a photocopy of the document and take it to the notary along with the original document. The notary will write or stamp TRUE COPY on the document and put their signature and the stamp on the photocopy.
You can request an apostle online or in person, and you'll need to go through the appropriate channels, per your state guidelines, in order to get to the right department and request your apostle. Most requests should be directed through the Secretary of State.
The California Secretary of State provides an Apostle to authenticate California public officials' signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America.
