Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Enter your 8-digit AAMC ID & 7-digit Transcript ID (REQUIRED) — The two ID's may be found in your AMCAS application. The AAMC ID should be visible in the main menu and the Transcript ID is visible in the Schools Attended Summary. The IDs are also located on the AMCAS transcript form.
Processing can take up to six weeks from the time that all required materials are received. During verification, AMCAS verifies your coursework against your official transcripts, ensuring that the information entered matches your official transcripts.
