Classify Period Permit: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a common document format for business purposes, thanks to its availability. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable the same way. PDFs will appear the same, whether you open them on a Mac, a Microsoft one or use a phone.

The next primary reason is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve read their documents in order to track potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and send your PDF using just one browser window. It integrates with major CRM solutions and allows users to edit and sign documents from other services, like Google Docs and Office 365. Work with the finished document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when a person opens and completes the form.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Ask other users to complete the fields and request an attachment. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Start with the pdfFiller uploader.
02
To change the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and highlight, redact, or erase text.
03

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

A confined space also has limited or restricted means for entry or exit and is not designed for continuous occupancy. Confined spaces include, but are not limited to, tanks, vessels, silos, storage bins, hoppers, vaults, pits, manholes, tunnels, equipment housings, ductwork, pipelines, etc.
A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions within the space or nearby (e.g. lack of oxygen).
A confined space, despite its name, is not necessarily small. Examples of confined spaces include silos, vats, hoppers, utility vaults, tanks, water supply towers, sewers, pipes, access shafts, truck or rail tank cars, aircraft wings, boilers, manholes, pump stations, digesters, manure pits and storage bins.
In this post, we'll talk about the 2 main types of confined spaces permit and non-permit required and their differences.
In general practice, all trench excavations over four feet in depth should be considered confined spaces until a competent person has ruled out all the potential hazards associated with it. Confined spaces have always been presented with a question mark.

Catch basins or sumps less than 4 feet deep are Not a Confined Space. Catch basins greater than 4 feet deep are NPCs with associated Safe Work Procedures. The presence of decaying leaf litter can create an oxygen deficient hazardous atmosphere making catch basins PCs.
OSHA's standard for confined spaces (29 CFR 1910.146) contains the requirements for practices and procedures to protect employees in general industry from the hazards of entering permit spaces. Employers in general industry must evaluate their workplaces to determine if spaces are permit spaces.
