Right-click on the desktop or in a folder and choose New | Text Document from the resulting Context menu. Name the text document anything you like, such as “Combined. Open the newly created text file in Notepad. Using Notepad, open a text file you want combined. Press Ctrl+A. Press Ctrl+C.
Go to the folder where you had bulk files, press CTRL+A to select all files. Now go and expand the Home ribbon on top and click either Move to or Copy to as per your requirement. Then select Choose location, if you want to move the files to user created folder.
Navigate to the folder from which you wish to move the data to another folder. Copy all its contents by using the Ctrl + A (select all) and Ctrl + C (copy) shortcut combinations.

If you've ever wanted to combine the contents of two directories, you don't have to copy/paste them together Windows 7 or Vista will let you merge them easily. You'll be prompted to replace any files or subdirectories that have the same name, but at the end you'll have a single merged folder.
Use “Windows Explorer” or “My Computer” (“File Explorer” on Windows 10) to locate the files you wish to zip. Hold down [Ctrl] on your keyboard > Click on each file you wish to combine into a zipped file. Right-click and select “Send To” > Choose “Compressed (Zipped) Folder.”
Open file1. Txt and file2. Txt in read mode. Open file3. Txt in write mode. Read the data from file1 and add it in a string. Read the data from file2 and concatenate the data of this file to the previous string. Write the data from string to file3. Close all the files.
