So far so good. I don't particularly like receiving notification of pricing terms after I've done the work of filling in the form(s). You should present pricing up front. Otherwise, I appreciate the service you're providing.

Easy to Use Online Document Filter Online platform allows for less bulky application. Some users liked that it was online and they didn't have to have an expensive bulky app like Adobe. There are some features lacking and the website could use a little reboot. For the price, you can't get any better than this but it could still look better. It would be easier to use.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 was put in place to help ensure the privacy and ease of access of your medical records. A HIPAA authorization form is a document in that allows an appointed person or party to share specific health information with another person or group.
What is a Medical Records Release? A Medical Records Release Form (also known as a Medical Information Release Form) is a form used to request that a health care provider (physician, dentist, hospital, chiropractor, psychiatrist, etc.)
[Please Print] This form is used to release your protected health information as required by federal and state privacy laws. Your authorization allows the Health Plan (your health insurance carrier or HMO) to release your protected health information to a person or organization that you choose.
Release of information software is designed to facilitate tracking requests through their lifecycle. The software can aid management in monitoring staff performance, turnaround times by type of request, and other measures.
A HIPAA-compliant HIPAA release form must, at the very least, contain the following information: A description of the information that will be used/disclosed. The purpose for which the information will be disclosed. An expiration date or expiration event when consent to use/disclose the information is withdrawn.
Release of information (ROI) in healthcare is critical to the quality of the continuity of care provided to the patient. It also plays an important role in billing, reporting, research, and other functions. Many laws and regulations govern how, when, what, and to whom protected health information (PHI) is released.
Under the HIPAA Privacy Rule, covered entities are required to follow specific rules when handling PHI. The use and disclosure of PHI requires certain types of consent including; nonverbal consent, or written consent depending on the use case.
A: No. The HIPAA Privacy Rule does not require you to notarize authorization forms or have a witness. Though taking the time to fill out an authorization form and get a patient's signature is an extra step, it's an important one that you can't afford to overlook.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations are divided into several major standards or rules: Privacy Rule, Security Rule, Transactions and Code Sets (TCS) Rule, Unique Identifiers Rule, Breach Notification Rule, Omnibus Final Rule, and the HITCH Act.
HIPAA authorization is consent obtained from a patient or health plan member that permits a covered entity or business associate to use or disclose PHI to an individual/entity for a purpose that would otherwise not be permitted by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was developed in 1996 and became part of the Social Security Act. The primary purpose of the HIPAA rules is to protect health care coverage for individuals who lose or change their jobs.
Unfortunately, although all release forms must be HIPAA-compliant, there is no standard form. Many health care providers have their own forms, and, if you can plan in advance, you should use the forms of as many of the providers (doctors, hospitals, clinics) that may be involved in the patient's care.
