So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

Comment function implemented by you with function description, author name, date, lists of parameters, return type, and logic behind solving the problem. If you are going to make any changes in a function written earlier, you should describe what changes you are making and why.
In computer programming, a comment is a programmer-readable explanation or annotation in the source code of a computer program. They are added with the purpose of making the source code easier for humans to understand, and are generally ignored by compilers and interpreters.
Read the article. It sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many comments can be answered with the words it says in the article. Respond to the article. Read the other comments. Make it clear who you're replying to. Use the return key. Avoid sarcasm. Avoid unnecessary acronyms. Use facts.

Code commenting is the practice of sprinkling short, normally single-line notes throughout your code. These notes are called comments. They explain how your program works, and your intentions behind it. Notice how the comment on the first line describes the line of code below it.

comment-out. Verb. (third-person singular simple present comments out, present participle commenting out, simple past and past participle commented out) (programming) To temporarily disable a section of source code by converting it into a comment.
A comment starts with a slash asterisk /* and ends with an asterisk slash */ and can be anywhere in your program. Comments can span several lines within your C program. Comments are typically added directly above the related C source code.
Line comments generally use an arbitrary delimiter or sequence of tokens to indicate the beginning of a comment, and a newline character to indicate the end of a comment.
Single-line comments are created simply by beginning a line with the hash (#) character, and they are automatically terminated by the end of line. Comments that span multiple lines used to explain things in more detail are created by adding a delimiter (“"") on each end of the comment.
CSS uses the same “block comment" syntax as the C-like languages — you start a comment with /* , and end it with */. However, CSS is missing the "line comment” syntax that those languages have, where everything from // to the end of the line is commented out.

Python block comments You use a block comment to explain the code that follows it. A block comment is indented at the same level as the code block. To write a block comment, you start with a single hash (#) sign followed by a single space and comment.
Just select/highlight one line, a block or something, and then “Ctrl"+"/" and it's magic :) Select the lines on Windows jupyter notebook and then hit Ctrl + #. Another thing to add, in the version I'm using, the code has to be initialized in order to be to comment it out using CTRL and /.
