I had a little trouble finding the right form for the Post Office EDDM program. First, I got an outdated form which was corrected at the post office. When I complained to customer support, they were very helpful and I was able to access the up-to-date form.

While you are logged in, drag a PDF file from the desktop onto the OneDrive website to upload it. After the PDF file is uploaded, double-click to open the PDF file in the Word online app. Remember you are looking at the PDF file and it is not editable yet. Click the Edit in Word button to open the PDF file for editing.
To start, upload your file to our PDF compressor. Our tool will automatically start to shrink the file. Continue to modify your PDF document if needed. Download the compressed PDF file to your computer.
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. To do so: click the icon on the toolbar. Wait for the Edit toolbar to appear. Click on the document where you want to insert the clipboard contents. Right-click and select Edit and choose Paste (text) from the right-click menu. Choose next to Close to exit out of Edit Mode.
Click on the File menu and then on Open. A window for selecting a file will come up. Find and select the PDF file you want to edit and then click Open. You can now easily edit the text as you would in a program like Microsoft Word using the tools available.
