Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

Applicant's Age The Age Discrimination in Employment Act protects employees 40 years of age and above. Job applications cannot ask for the candidate's date of birth. Generally speaking, age is not relevant in most hiring decisions except young candidates who are under the age of 18.
Application & Hiring It is illegal for an employer to discriminate against a job applicant because of his or her race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
While using racial information in screening is often discriminatory and illegal, asking for a candidate's race on the application isn't illegal on its own. However, employers are susceptible to discrimination lawsuits by asking candidates about race and not proving a legitimate use.
There is no law against asking for age on a job application or background checking forms. That may vary from country to country or state to state. Each employer differs about when they do background checks but as long as they keep their process the same for each candidate, their hiring process is appropriate.
Asking for the social security number on an application is legal in most states, but it is an awful practice. (Some states prohibit private employers from collecting this information for fear of identity theft.) It is not recommended that you provide this information on a job application.
