We are able to send files in real time as simply as sending an Email. You can have each person input their own data as well as sign documents all without having to print anything out. Of course that is huge in helping the environment.

Highlight the word you want to link by either double-clicking on it or using your mouse to click on the word and drag over it. Click on the Insert Link button on the Compose Post toolbar (it. looks like a chain link). Type in the URL you want your graphic to link to and click OK.
In the post you are writing highlight the text you want to link. Paste the URL you copied directly over the highlighted text using a keyboard shortcut like CTRL V (PC) or CMD V (Mac). To open link in new tab you need to click on Edit. Next, click on Link Options.
Click inside the text field marked “What's on Your Mind,” which is located right above your Facebook wall. Type the status update that you want to include with the link. Type or paste the URL of the Web page that you want to share into the text field. Include the “http://” section of the URL.
On your computer, open Google+. At the bottom right, click Compose. Type your post. To share a photo, click Photos. To share a link, click Insert link. To create a poll, click Polls. To choose who to share the post with, next to your name, click the blue text. You can share with a person or a Community. Click Post.
Insert a button (see Insert a button for more information) or select the element you want to make the link on. Click the Links button on the Interaction tab. Select Link to URL. Select the Target from the drop-down list. Enter the URL or email address or custom information in the URL address field.
Select the text that should have the link anchored to it. Click or tap the Insert link button from the bottom menu within the message (it looks like a chain link). Paste the URL into the Web address section. Click or tap OK to link the URL to the text. Send the email as usual.
